All new, full-time first year students who apply for accommodation by the deadline are guaranteed a room in one of our university’s halls of residence. As a general guideline, weekly accommodation prices range from £121.03 for a single room with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities to £349.37 for a self-contained two-bedroom flat for couples or small families. These prices include utility bills, wifi, 24-hour support, on-site facilities, and for Southampton halls residents, a Unilink bus pass.
